Cancellation Policy

Your appointments and well-being are very important to us. We understand that sometimes, unexpected delays can occur, requiring schedule adjustments. If you need to cancel your appointment, we respectfully request at least 24 hours’ notice except in cases where that is not possible to provide. Our Policy: • Any cancellation made less than 24 hours prior to the appointment will result in full charge for the services scheduled. • If you are late for your session, no discount will be applied for the lost time. • We require a credit card payment at the time of booking to hold your appointment. • In the event of a true, unavoidable emergency, payment may be applied to future services as agreed upon with your coach.
